With a background in competitive sport, her obvious passion for all things sport and fitness growing up, Lauren’s enthusiasm and energy with her clients and classes are infectious.

As a busy mum with two kids she understands what it means to juggle life.

Growing up Ingrid has always been heavily involved in team sports. Her competitive side came back to life when she became a personal trainer.

Ingrid has a strong passion for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and enjoys sharing this passion in her coaching. She is an incredible motivator & trainer with the ability to push you to your limits & get the results you’ve always been craving.

She knows first-hand how important it is for you to take care of your body and mind in order to reduce the risk of developing chronic lifestyle related diseases. Because of this she is mindful of making sure that every training session counts! 

Lou has a wonderful sense of community and cannot help but try to inspire those around her to strive for something better.
