There’s no ‘same same’ at Epic! The group classes are hand-crafted by our team of trainers to keep you motivated, energised and stimulated. You’ll never do the same class twice and the community you’ll be immersed in make sure that results are inevitable.

60mins This one hour session will give you an insight into a few of the techniques that can help you improve your running. You don’t need to be a fast runner all abilities are catered for, It may be you're training for an event or you just want to make those WOD runs easier. This session will give you some insights into how your technique can be improved to allow you to be more efficient.


30mins Is a new metabolic power workout using functional weighted and body weighted exercises designed to preserve/increase muscle strength and burn fat. Whole body workout combining strength, plyometric & core exercises, challenging for all fitness levels.

Epic WOD

45mins (workout of the day)
If you enjoy variety in your workouts & love to train indoors as well as outdoors. This session is all about variety & every time you turn up you won't know what to expect. It will involve both strength and cardio full body conditioning workouts that are sweaty, challenging & fun.

60mins Looking to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently? Strength training to the rescue! Strength training involves using weights and the force of gravity to build and strengthen skeletal muscles. From free weights to static weights our sessions will involve dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, torsion bars, & suspension trainers. Our studio is now set up with everything you need to build your strength.

Cardio Boxing

60mins You hear it all the time you need to do cardio to protect yourself from heart disease, burn calories, and lose or maintain your weight. As long as you keep your heart rate up during your workout, there's no reason you can't punch, kick, and jump your way to a healthy heart during our 1hr group boxing sessions. Our sessions consist of boxing combos and drills, running drills, body weight and resistance exercises.

Weekend WOD

45mins Is an open session that will have more of a relaxed weekend feel about it. There will be an individual “Workout of the day” written up on the board for you to follow in your own time, involving both strength & cardio full body conditioning workouts. A trainer will be on the floor to assist you with the workout in small groups of five. Each group is booked in 15min time slots with groups starting and finishing at different times. This session will be sweaty, challenging & as hard as you make it.


30mins MetaFIT combines bodyweight training with bursts of high intensity cardio. This aims to boost your metabolism and rapidly burn fat. For those of you with busy lifestyles, MetaFIT reduces the time you need to spend working out and gives better results, so ... what are you waiting for!



60mins Kristy offers a safe, supportive environment where you can let go and unwind away from busy life. With a balanced class that flows, synchronizing movement with breath to bring an awareness and presence that promotes a mind/body connection. The practice will be energising, uplifting and calming. It includes breath awareness, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions and relaxation. A fun flow to bring balance into your life. What a perfect way to end your week.

Epic Teens 12yrs +

45mins This class is designed to empower teens with healthy fitness habits whilst having fun. Being active not only promotes great health and fitness, but also assists them with their concentration whilst studying. High intensity exercise for growing bodies burning energy, and learning physical skills and functional movements. Ideal for kids and teens looking to improve their general physical well-being, as well as those looking to gain an edge in their chosen sport.

Older & Stronger

45mins Are you new to fitness and don’t know where to begin? Or are you an active older adult who needs an exercise program and cannot participate in anything that involves high intensity, fast paced exercise? Well this class is great for you. Our low impact specialised studio circuit class will help build up your strength, flexibility and balance. Involving light weights, resistance bands and body weight targeting older adults aged 55yrs and over.
