Our classes are super popular and therefore bookings are essential. Each class must be booked so that we know how many will be attending (as we limit our class size to ensure quality coaching). Our classes can reach full capacity and, therefore, we can’t guarantee you a spot if you just turn up.
Please book via our online booking system.
If a class is full and you have missed out on a spot there will be a automatic waiting list provided online on our session timetable. You will then be notified when a spot becomes available.
We recommend that you book classes waaaay in advance if you would like your permeant spot each week!

All cancellations are made online through your account on the PTminder app.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Our timetable is subject to demand and may change at anytime.
We require notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
• For early morning bookings (e.g. 6:00am class) the cancellation cut-off is 10hrs before the class commences.
• For mid morning bookings (e.g. 9:30am class) the cancellation cut-off is 3hrs before the class commences.
• For evening bookings (e.g. 5:30pm class) the cancellation cut-off is 5hrs before the class commences.
If you fail to CANCEL before this time period a session will be deducted and you will be charged.
Loz can exercise discretion under extraordinary and serious circumstances but these are the exceptions and not the norm!
Once you have booked your session online you should receive a confirmation email for every session you booked.
Alternatively you can log into your account through the PTminder app and check all your class bookings.
We undertand it can feel a little awkward rocking up for your first class somewhere new. Don’t worry, you’ll feel at ease immediately. All you need to bring with you for your first visit is:
- A towel
- A water bottle
- A face mask
- Your Mobile to check in on arrival
- A smile
We cater for all age groups and all fitness levels.

There is no particular class that we recommend for new members.
We offer a wide range of classes and offer something different for everyone.
It all depends on the individual and what type of training you enjoy.
We suggest you give all sessions a try to see what works for you.

Yes! We’re a family-friendly studio and love seeing our active parents being great role models for their children.
We don’t have a designated kids area and do ask that your children are not roaming around during the class
Children must remain seated in an area that the instructor will designate on the day so your child is not at risk. Your children must be fully supervised by you at all times.
You can update or change your personal bank or credit card details via your account on the PTminder app.

- Update payment method (it gives you the option of bank account which is a FREE transaction or credit card has a 1.99% surcharge)

Once you sign up for direct debit you are locked in for the 6-12 month period.
If for any reason you have to break this contract early you will be charged an exit fee of $100.
If there are extenuating health issues that mean you are unable to participate in classes you will not be charged the exit fee. In this event, a doctors certificate will be required.
Payments can ONLY be PAUSED if you are away (out of the area) for 1 week or more. This is event you must NOTIFY us at least 1 WEEK in advance.
This is done by filling in our direct debit PAUSE FORM.
Please ask one of our instructors to give you a form to get this submitted for you.
Payments will not be paused for any other casual reasons.

No. Session cards are NON TRANSFERABLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
Each member must have their own session card and account.
We only take small groups of five for this class, the actual workout is 45mins in duration with each group arriving and leaving at different times so we can keep the numbers at a minimum.
The bookings are taken in 15 minute time slots and the time slot you booked is the time your group starts!
Yes, 3 Months from the date of purchase.
Once your 3 month expiry date is reached your sessions have EXPIRED.
When you purchase your session card you will get an invoice emailed to you with proof of purchase and your 3 months will start.
PLEASE NOTE: sessions do not get deducted from your account until you have attended the session.

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by stimulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. It prepares your body to perform well in a variety of common situations.
This type of training, properly applied, can make everyday activities easier, help reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life.
Group training: you either love it or hate it. If you’re not already sold on the idea of getting sweaty with a bunch of strangers, we’re here to change your mind. Find some of the benefits below of group fitness training and learn why sweating together is better than going at it alone.
1. Find motivation & Inspiration.
The best way to motivate yourself to push through that extra rep is by having other people by your side to cheer you on. Plus, its hard not to get inspired by your classmates.

It may sound cliche, but it’s true. Being part of a “fit fam” can actually be hugely beneficial. By being part of a community, you can find support and guidance from people who are on the same journey as you. Whether that journey is to better your health and wellness or improve your strength and endurance, there will always be someone who has your back.
3. Add variety to your workout.
Doing the same moves over and over again can get stale. Not only is it boring, but it also might be hindering your results. Adding variety to your workout is one of the best ways to prevent plateau, and group exercise classes are an easy way to switch things up.
4. Hold yourself accountable.
We all know the hardest part about working out is getting your butt to the gym. Most group exercise classes require that you book your spot in advance. If you decide to cancel last minute, you’ll likely get charged a pretty penny for your cancellation. This will likely encourage you to stick to your sweat schedule.
5. Proper form helps prevent injury.
One of the most valuable parts of any exercise class is its trainers. Group exercise is a great middle ground between working out alone and hiring a personal trainer. In a group class, you have the benefit of the professionals showing you how to do each move with proper form.
